New Patients at Bays Chiropractic
When you book your appointment with Bays Chiropractic, we’ll email you a link so you may complete your new patient paperwork online before your visit. We ask that you wear comfortable clothing and arrive just a few minutes early for your initial consultation so that you can locate parking, either inside our car park or outside the shop.
Your First Visit
Next, we will conduct a thorough examination, including a check of your spine and orthopaedic and neurological assessments. We also pay attention to any other issues going on with your hips, knees, elbows, hands and shoulders, as they are all related to your overall spinal and nervous system function.
If your chiropractor believes X-rays are needed, we will take those images here in the clinic. You can plan to be here for about 30-40 minutes for this initial consultation.
Your Next Visit
Your chiropractor will review all of your assessments and X-rays to determine what is going on with your health and what it will take to get better. When you return for your next visit, we will explain our findings and lay out our recommendations for care going forward. We’ll answer all of your questions, and then, if you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit.
Transparency in Pricing
We believe in being transparent in our pricing, so there are never any surprises regarding your care. We accept Health Now, and we are a preferred provider with Southern Cross.
- Initial consultation: $85
- X-ray: $40
- Adjustment: $65
- Students, children and concession: $55
- ACC accident insurance: $45
*Fees increase on 1 April.
- Couples booking together receive a $10 discount.
- Visits for children under 5 are free with a paying adult.
- Pre-pay for 12 visits and receive $10 off per visit ($120 savings)
